Question how to format a laptop?

I have an acer laptop and i want to format it
i do not have a floppy drive
how can i format it without a floppy drive?

You can use a Windows CD and boot from it. It will then let you format the drive. and Reinstall windows.

(Display extended to a Samsung 29 inch flatscreen Flatron TV (mainly for games).
