Viewing .dcx (fax) files

I can't get xp to recognize .dcx fax files. The only program that is on my file types list that, I believe, is supposed to read it is the program "Winodws Picture & Fax Viewer". It dosen't. Any suggestions?

Thanks for the prompt response. $100 is a bit steep, however. Shouldn't MS provide an add-on or something just to add simple extension reading?
