Cannot email pics from websites

Hope I am posting in the right area. If not please advise.
Using xp home edition. Have Nortons installed.
Problem. If I am on a website and email a page from the website to someone, they connot open it unless it is a text page only. Also if I recive an email from someone with pics or graphics on it I can view it just fine, but when I forward it to someone else, again they cannot view it unless it is text only. I can send my own jpg pics just fine. It is just those from websites that are a problem. I have tried disconnecting my firewalls but to no avail. This happens with both my hotmail and outlook. It is not on the email recipetents end because this happens with everone I send to and they all say that I am the only one that they have a problem with. Now if I am on a website and click on mail and click on send a link, they recive the link just fine, but again, If I click on mail and then send page--they cannot view it unless it is a text only page.

My guess is that you are sending just the html page and not the images associated with it.
You may be better off sending the link instead of the actual html. This way they just have to click on the link and they should be able to see everything you see. Another option would be to right click on the images, and save them to your harddrive, then when you write an email, attach those images to the email. Simply attaching an html document, won't attach images associated with it.
