One user with two users profiles in one PC.

Does anybody knows if its possible to have two users profiles in one PC, but this two users must be identical, except for the bootup applications and the display options?
The reason is because I have only one PC, which I use for work and for entertainment. So I created 2 users, the user proflie for work has minimum display options and running applications (is for video editing so no antivirus, no background applications), the other user (which I use for the 80% of the time) has a a lot of display options (windows themes, shadows, etc) and applications as Antivirus, MSN Messenger, WiFi support, etc.
The problem here is that when I open Outlook express I don't see my emails, some applications are not installed and other things like that. Is this possible? I have WinXP PRO + SP2.

Make sure to set account type to computer administrator for both profiles.

Both users are Adminnistrators. But what I need to do is share files, options and configurations between them as they were only one user. The only thing I need to have two user is only for bootup apps and display options...
