Can't access secure pages

Im running Windows XP sp2. I have it set up with 4 user accounts. I use the administrator account and there are 3 other accounts (set as limited accounts) for my other family members. On my account (administrator) i have no problems but on the other accounts when i try to access secure pages they won't load. I have tried using internet explorer and mozila firefox and neither can access them.
I have been through numerous pages on the microsoft site saying to delete temp files, clear cookies etc. Altho i have no problem on my account (so i assume it is something to do with the setup of the "limited access" accounts) i have still gone through these steps with no luck.
Anyone have any ideas about what i could do, or if i can change the limited account settings so they can access secure sites?
Thanks
Paul

What group are the other accounts in? Power Users?

for some reason the only 2 options of accounts i have are, administrators (which my account is that works fine) and limited users (which all the others are that don't access the secure pages)
Is there some advanced user config or something that needs switching on to enable more groups to be available?
