Question History of Process/CPU Usage??

I'm trying to track down a problem which I believe relates to one of my processes randomly pegging out the CPU usage to 100% in WinXP Pro.

Is there a utility that will allow me to view a history of CPU usage for each running process? I know the task manager with allow CPU Usage History... but this is *not* process specific so I do not know which process is pegging and, most importantly, when.

In addition, I know I can sit at the task manager and look at *current* CPU usage per process.... but since this is popping up randomly, I am yet to catch it in the act.

HELP!!!

TIA,

Wazoo

I don't think you can view a history of CPU processes for what application was being used when. Current, yes, as you said...but past...I don't believe so. It also would reset every time you rebooted your system.
