Unhappy System Restore Problems

Long story short, had to reformat. Copied with
my new hard drive's copy disk. Copied everything over
from my old drive to the new one.

Everything working fine, but I cannot get system restore
started up. Attached the rundll error screenshot also.

(I just found this place tonite Looks like a great resource)

Thanks In Advance!

"...
1. Click Start | Control Panel | Administrative Tools | Services.
2. Right-click System Restore Service and click Properties.
3. From the Startup Type drop-down, select Disabled.
4. Click OK.
5. Close the Services and Administrative Tools windows.
6. Right-click My Computer, click Properties, and click the System Restore tab. The System Restore tab should now display properly; however, the System Restore service will be disabled.
7. Enable System Restore and click Apply.
... "
More on Services.

TY sp.

I looked where you said, but System Restore was running
and not disabled. I tried enabling it also, but still get
the same rundll error.

Can this be spyware related by chance? I've been having a
heck of a time getting rid of adware.lop on my system.
