Boot from your XP disc. During setup, you'll be given the opportunity to delete, then recreate partitions (make sure to backup all important data). I use 80gig drives and partition them into 20gig partitions (20gig "C" drive, 20gig "My Documents", 20gig "My Pictures", and finally 20gig "Downloads"). Doing it this way, I can then image my "C" drive (only imaging 20gig instead of 80gig) and make a bootable DVD for a restore disc.
