allowing only google on internet explorer and blocking rest sites

using windows XP. how to allow only "www.google.com" on internet explorer and block rest all sites ? i am working as a administrator & would like to block access to all sites except google to my users. how to do that ?

internet options

I assume you want your home page to be google yes ? if so go to tools at top of web page and clik on internet options and on the general tab type the google home page URL and that's basicly it ,well it's how i select my home page so it should work fine for you

no buddy, i have not asked about "setting home page" . its about " how to block all sites except google " on internet explorer ?
