XP Error Messages

Here lately I have been getting these error messages. Once a program has been installed, use for the first time results in this error message.

I have cleaned and reformatted the HDD and still no relief from these messages. This is a message I received after installing Office XP/2002.

I would love to know what is going on. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.

The message is......the application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000022). Click on OK to terminate the application.

It was good link for ref, only it didnt work for me. If you have any more ideas I would be very interestred though. I also would like to know how insert screen shots into messages if you know how.
