Nero Media player help.

I was attempting to get ride of all the extra's my mom installed threw Nero. I in turn some how probably my own stupidity deleted a vital file needless to say Nero wouldn't play movies anymore not even windows media player. So I reset my computer to a earlier date hoping to fix the issue and it did for windows media player and I get Nero back for the most part now it just want play the movies I go to Nero start smart then to Nero show time and when i click on it to play the movie it give me (Nero Show Time "Cannot load skin") is there something I need to download? Reinstall or what hoping some one familiar with Nero.

Thanks let me know if in need to clarify what is going on. Computer nub.

Hi ... If you are having problems with Nero , why don't you just uninstall it and reinstall it , Do you have your license keys ? Also which version are you using ?

i think nero came with my memorex a install cd that i am pritty sure i lost but i gess that would be the first thing i should do go fisshing aroudn for it.

well thats good looks like i can get the install cd off ebay for like $2 i gess if i still can't find it i do that...

i just don't understand when i refreshed my comp to a later date why it didn't fix the issue i gess you can do to much dmg? that the refresh will not fix.?
