Logitech Quickcam Home WebCam hangs and disables keyboard

Dear all,

Hello! I'm having a problem on installing my webcam on a Windows XP platform. I already used both drivers of WinXP and even Logitech's version of the driver but still it hangs. Not only it hangs but also disables my keyboard. But I tested it with windows 2000, it came out great with no problems at all. I don't know what's causing this on XP. Can you guys help me out? Thanks

My PC specs are
700 Duron
64 MB Gforce 4 MX
256 SDRAM

u.s.b ports. Is the keyboard a usb keyboard? Try switching the connections in your usb outlets. Switch the wires around...lots of conflicts happen through usb ports.
