Question CPU Socket 478 or T?

Right now i have a crappy intel-compatable mobo from an old comp. I am just using it till i can get a new one. I am getting it tomorow if i can find out what socket my Pentium 4 is. My computer wont start so i cant look at the bios screen. I was wondering if there was anyway i could tell if it was 478 or T Socket without having to start my computer. I dont want to get the wrong mobo and have to by a completly knew one just cause i didnt take the time to look. Any help would be much appreciated.

Open the case have a look at the MoBo, once you have the model you can Google it and check the specs
online, it will give you the socket type.

Hope this helps
