Arrow Help!! I can only have one Browser Window open??

I normally browse the net and have a few windows open at a time. BUT now everytime I click on a link it open in the window i'm in AARRGGHH!! How do I stop this nonsence?

Get Firefox and take control of how you want to view the web...........

Open IE-->Tools-->Internet Options-->Advanced-->uncheck "Reuse windows for launching shortcuts"-->Apply-->Ok.
