before boot screen please help

when i turn my computer on a screen comes up before the boot screen
it askes me to choose between:
"microsoft windows xp" and "microsoft windows xp(boot)"
how do i stop this so it just goes strait to the boot screen
please help me!!!!!!!!!!

note: i have changed my boot screen with styleXP from TGTsoft if i change it back to the default xp one this screen goes away
but i want to know how to have my custom boot screen without this screen before it

do i change it with another program or do it manually or what???

the screen is black with white writing and you press up and down to choose and enter to select

please help me!!!!!!
