System error message and corrupted user profile errors

My computer is a Pent III, 128mb, 30 gig hard drive, 129 mb virtual memory. Graphics card is Intel 82810E.

The computer restarted out of nowhere last week and when it reloaded the OS, the error message says "the system has recovered from a serious error" and it asks whether I want to send the report to Msoft. I choose not to and the error still shows up.

I tried two things:
I copied all the files from the user profile to a new profile i created on Documents and Settings. I then tried to reload the computer with the new profile and the error message "the system has recovered from a serious error" shows up again and it wont go away. I noticed when Xp is loading after I restart the computer, it says the user profile is corrupted. I also did a system restore but that didn't do anything either.

On a separate occassion, the computer restarts on its own and when its booting up, the error message says something like the graphics card doesn't support the usage or something. But when that happens, everything still looks normal. All the files and icons are there.

When I use Photoshop, the computer restarts because it says low virtual memory and my graphics card doesn't support the software.

Sorry I know that's 3 different situations where the computer restarted and I'm not sure if they are related.

Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

Thanks!

I suspect all three, are infact releted. Checking to see if a "Bios" and or "Video driver" update is available for your machine would probably be wise.
You don't say what your machine is exactly though.
