Unhappy Can't find folders in slave drive ::: Plz helpppppppp

I have a XP athlon 2600 pc. Recently I bought a 2nd hard drive, used it for some time, have abt 60 gb of stuff on it. Now i have made it a slave, my old one as master. Now my old drive recognizes the new one (slave), when I looked at the properties of my slave drive it showed 60 gb used but I can't open the owner's folder or find my vdos in the slave drive, they r not hidden or anything, and i know they r on the drive as properties show 60 gb used. tried everything, plz help. BTW my slave drive was not password protected.

Heres how if you need instructions, Start, Run, type MMC in Box, OK. At top menu select File, then Add/Remove Snap-In, Add, then choose Disk Management, Close, OK, and now you should be able to check the status of your 2nd drive. Let me know what it says and we'll go from there.

You need to take ownership of the files and folders on the slave drive.

Thnx for ur help bro.....

When I clicked on the disk management thingy which was created, my 2nd disk stats are like this

HP_Pavillion (L) Partition Basic NTFS Healthy(Active) Capacity: 74.55 GB Free: 12.75 GB Free: 17% Fault Tolerence: No

This capacity i was able to see thru properties. Here is the problem, when I go to My Computer and right click and see the properties of my 2nd drive it shows 62 GB occupied but when I enter the drive and choose all the folders and see the properties, it just shows 6.5 GB occupied..... I have already choosen to show hidden folders if there were any....

While you were going through the MMC, you should have been asked if you wish to have that volume managed by the local computer, if you selected yes that should have given you the ability to access the files. Do you have access to them now?
