A bizarre problem

Recently I switched hosting ISPs. I asked my old ISP to point to the name servers of my new ISP, which was done with no problem (went through propagation with no problem). Everything looked good, my site was working well on the new ISP--I checked it on 4 separate macines including an off premise machine. However, my primary desktop, using XP, for some reason sees only the old IP address and displays the "account suspended" notice put up by my old ISP after I closed my account with them. This is a cross browser problem (IE, firefox, mozilla, opera). When I ping the domain I bring up the old IP.

I've cleared out the caches of all these browsers and flushed the dns via ipconfig and the problem persists. Any ideas on what might be causing this?

Thanks,

Ben
