Hi guys, ive purchased a computer which was a public used one (Internet Cafe). But they have not told me what the administration code is so i cant add programms on or play games on it as im only in the public use account. I have tried all that i know. I have tried rebooting it but can't because i dont have access to it, because to the computer im just a member of public using it.

You need something like ERD Commander in order to remove / change all the passwords..
