My XP goes system shutddown while loading,,, HELP

try booting from the cd then go into recovery console and after you select your hard drive with windows XP on it, then enter you admin code usually you should press enter and it will go unless you actually set a system admin code. then type chkdsk. then reboot and try that. if not reinstall.

or... press F8 before XP loads... then select SAFEMOde..
when your in... do a SYSTEM RESTORE.
