[quote=P&B]I inserted the microfilter to the phone line when I installed broadband. I am using a BT Voyager 205ADSL router and have installed the Service Pack 2 onto XP. I have heard a rumour that an upgrade to the service pack may be available but haven't yet found it. Hope this info is of some use,
Hi yes do all updates of windows xp just click windows update on computer and it will validate that you are ok to receive them then let the wizard do its job.
Yes i too have the 205 what i had to do was install everything from cd first reading prompts as it went along, then it told me to install router making sure that it was inserted properly into the usb port.
Once that was done found it worked ok so then uninstalled all traces of dial up and that includes in your antivirus as well other wise that will not update, if you get stuck at any time press the black ? mark for help from bt.
Hope this helps you
Let us no how you get on.
