Chaning "Open With..." To Null

I was messing around and opened an unknown file type file, but I accidentaly checked the box to always open with that kind of program. Now it has a regular icon instead of the null one and doesn't have the .type addon. Is there anyway to set it back to unknown?

what os are u using?
anyway
click once the file (so its selected)
then right clik it while pressing shift and you should see "open with" - then find the original prog you want it designated to.

if that doesnt work

then

open Explorer, clik Tools then Folder Options
new window opens
clik File Types
find the file or extension which is messed up and reasocciate it by hitting edit or change
