problem starting cricket 2005

hi,i have windows xp pro but i could not start the game because of this error.so,please help me in solving this problem.I get the following error:
16 bit Windows Subsystem:<< c:\progra~1\easpor~1\cricke~1.exe
c:\progra~1\symantec\s32evnt1.dll.An installable virtual device driver failed Dll initialization.choose 'close' to terminate the application.
