It takes my laptop up to 3 min to startup. When the startup process is finish...I rec'v a popup message that say>>>>
NT ON-ACCESS SCANNER SERVICE HAS ENCOUNTERED A PROBLEM AND NEEDS TO CLOSE.
It tell me to send an error report to microsoft and I can perform my task on my laptop.
I did go clear all my startup software off the list and i'm still having the same problem and it did not cut the time down.
I also ran a disk fix and I'm still having a problem.
I also re-install the software 3 times and i'm still rec'ving that error message.
