Not Required is totally a user preference choice....some will say they NEED these at start up....i personally think there not required...if i need them later i can just open them through the relevant program files....so for me there not required to Boot up with windows...

HDAscut : High definition audio page shortcut - not required

RTHDCPL : Realtek HD audio control panel - not required

jusched : Jusched.exe is Java Update Scheduler - not required

NvMcTray : Nvidia Media Center Tray - npt required

nwiz : part of NVidia's Nview features installable alongside it's graphics hardware product - not required

alcmtr : is installed with the driver for Realtek sound card. It allows you to monitor the status of your sound card - not required

NvCpl : NvCpl.dll - This loads the Nvidia Control Panel which is where you can tweak a ton of settings and overclock your card. Without this your drivers will be rather messed up and may or may not work properly. The normal location for this file is WINDOWSsystem32NvCpl.dll

ccapp : is a process belonging to Norton AntiVirus. It is responsible for the auto-protect and email checking facilities. Needed i'd say

ipoint : IntelliPoint software enables you to customize the unique features of your mouse. You can reassign mouse buttons to perform commands, shortcuts, and application-specific functions - Needed i'd say
