radio jacks near top of tower use ADI 198x

2 audio drivers shown.
if radio jacks are at the top of the tower nears keyboard and mouse sockets, then install Realtek onboard driver.

if lower down tower in an Exspansion slot, then install the Creative Sound card driver.

Hope this helps

I'm having the exact same problem with no sound. I tried reinstalling my media audio controller, but now it can't find the software to download it, same with my audio adapter. Here is some of my computer information. Thanks in advance for your help! I've been struggling with this for days.

Not entirely sure what information you need. Oh... also, under audio adapter, though I don't think it's installed anymore, it was listed as SiS 7012 audio device.

hope that's enough...
