3 boards shown, 2 audio drivers Realtek and SignaTEL, it's going to be a case of trying these drivers to see which work
Heres the link to the Realtek driver http://downloadfinder.intel.com/scri...4&submit=Go%21
heres the link to the SigmaTEL driver http://downloadfinder.intel.com/scri...4&submit=Go%21
Set a System Restore Point before installing each driver just in case
Hope this helps

The report is showing on board sound and sound card adapters installed, do you have 2 set of radio jacks, one at top of tower on the I/O plate and another lower down the tower in an expansion slot.
Do you know the make and model of your comp.
Cheers

Hello Bookworm, unfortunately after I installed the C-Media driver, the Multimedia Audio Controller yellow exclamation disappeared. In fact, the whole Other Devices is gone. But not only that, a new C-Media AC97 Audio Device under Sound, video, and game controllers has a new yellow exclamation mark. How do I resolve this problem? Thanks again.
