Take a look at this from Gateway, it only works on pre 2004 and only for US products, http://support.gateway.com/support/d...ram=gtwupd.exe

it searches your comp for updates to drivers automatically, but if your system not a US product don't use.

if you look on the original link to gateway you will see a Soundblaster Audigy driver.

If this does not work then I can direct you to your Intel motherboard downloads from Intel.

Hope this helps

Same problem

Hi, I am sorry to ask this after seeing it answered about 50 times, but I have been trying to fix this for days and finally ran into the site. I am having the same issue with Multimedia Audio Controller (the yellow question mark). I have tried downloading literally every driver that I could think of, to no avail.

Hopefully you can help me. I'd really appreciate any help at all!

No sound here either. I'm hoping you can tell me where to download the driver. Thanks in advance!

Oh, and there are also yellow question marks next to "SM Bus Controller" and "Ethernet Controller" -- do either of these have anything to do with the fact that the printer won't seem to work at all?

Thanks in advance!

Set a System Restore before installing each driver just in case

Then go here to Dell http://support.euro.dell.com/support...&os=WW1&osl=EN

You need to install the Chipset Driver before any others, then RESTART your comp

There are 4 drivers shown for your model but your listing does not go far enough for me to recignise which one you need.

Hope this helps

Need a little more info, what make and model is your comp, is it an Intel or AMD processor, I can find the motherboard maker but need the full printout from Belarc.

Hope this helps

Nothing from E-Machines but the motherboard is an MSI MS-7093, there are 3 boards shown and all have the same sound driver. It is a Realtek AC'97.

Set a System Restore Point before installing just in case

Then go here to Realtek to get your driver
http://w3serv.realtek.com.tw/downloa...&Software=True
choose one of the 3 download sites, they can be slow, very popular, this is a brand new driver, released today.( I'll have to get this for myself )

Hope this helps

Allright I found a little plate thing on the back the only serial number it had on it was 66355, and the only thing that gives any clue as to what make and model it is, is the little badge type thing that says ULTRA PC Prima. Unless theres something on the bottom of the case but how likely is that?

Thanks
