Iam on Window XP Professional Service Pack 1

Set a system restore point before installing drivers just in case

Then go here to ASUS http://support.asus.com/download/dow...Language=en-us

On left Input Model to search - P4PE
Select Category - Drivers
Search info

On latest Tab your Audio is first on list a SoundMAX

Hello
sorry it took me so long to respond.
I really don't know how to do that. Does that require taking the lid off the CPU or is it usually located at the back? My computer has a sticker at the back. Then I took off the lid of the CPU and I found something like ATX etc etc. . Is that right?? the ATX number? I hunted over my own computer. However, it's only practice as I'm helping a friend. I'll be going over to her house tomorrow. Sorry to trouble you.

Packard Bell do not recognise the serial number, I suspect it's a NEC, look at the sticker on the back, it will show a serial number, but post back everything on it it should give a model number as well. Also look over the tower anything on the front, anything you find just post.

Cheers

PN: P0200721H1
