First use System Restore to go back to before the problem occured, if this does not solve the problem follow the steps below.
Your service tag is B9L5361
Set a System Restore Point before installing drivers just in case
Go here to Dell http://support.euro.dell.com/support...&os=WW1&osl=EN
Download and install the chipset driver then RESTART your comp
then download and install the audio driver
Hope this helps

Check your cd's look for a nVidia it may be a tv card, load in cd drive, then close the programe, go to Device Manager and right click problem device and select Update driver. Device Manager will find the driver on the cd and install for you. See this ling it explains what device Manager can do http://www.techhelpforum.com/softwar...n-os-2972.html

Check for a cd from Creative for sound, insert in cd drive, then close the programe, if you don't have one then look for the motherboard cd and do the same. go to Device manager and right click the problem and select Update driver, Device Manager will find the driver from the cd and install. Look at this link at what Device manager can do http://www.techhelpforum.com/softwar...n-os-2972.html
Hope this helps
