We have the same issue. Reloaded a computer and now, no sound. Yellow question mark. I ran Belarc and here you go. You are a champ for doing this for three years. I am the resident guru and obviously you are 1000 years ahead of me. I can't thank you enough.

Hi, I had problems with my Multimedia Audio Controller and it turned out to be that I didn't have the driver. I installed the driver and I still didn't get any sounds, however when I check the Driver Details it says "Driver enabled but has not been started". Is this the reason I cannot hear sounds?? If so how can I fix this problem??

Please Help!
