It seems that the Dell Jukebox is the default player, I'll look at Dell and see what they say

This is a new one for me, can you check in user accounts that you do have Admin rights, what make and model is your comp, and your sound card. Is Device Manager showing any yellow exclamation marks anywhere.

Cheers

This looks like a comp by Systemax, the board KM400-8235 is made by several motherboard makers, do you know the make and model of your comp, any stickers on the tower that show this information.

Cheers

Are you able to open the tower and look at the motherboard. On the board will be shown the make and model, if your not too sure about doing this then get Everest ( Free ) copy and paste My Computer / Summary. It may give us the motherboard.Systemax is the maker Tiger the distributor, neither company give support for downloads.

Good old Everest.

Set a System Restore Point before installing driver just in case

The board is a Bioster M7VIG 400 ( Pro ) it appears Systemax have put their own code on.

Then go here to Biostar the audio is CI9739_512. WinXP.exe
http://www.biostar-usa.com/mbdownloa...odel=m7vig+400

download and save to desktop / to install double click to install.

Hope this helps
