Create a System Restore Point just in case
Go here http://support.asus.com/download/dow...Language=en-us
1. Select Product : Motherboard
2.Select Series: Socket 478
3. Scroll to P4P800-E
Select Search > Select Drivers Tab > it's first on list a ALC850 Avance AC'97 Driver.
Hope this helps

What make and model is your comp, the Via Kx133 is the chipset and everyone makes that board, from what you have shown it appears as if your sound card is a Creative SB live, do you have digital sound, are you sound plugs set away from mouse and keyboard lower down the back of comp.
Hope this helps

Good idea to Bookmark this site as all your drivers are listed.
Create a System Restore Point before each installation just in case
Go here http://www.msi.com.tw/program/suppor...UID=656&kind=1
You need to download 2 drivers and save to where you can rember where to find them
First the VIA Chipset 4 in 1 drivers have to be installed then RESTART the computer
Then the Realtek ALC Series AC'97 Audio Drivers, install and again RESTART the computer.
Hope this helps
