First, keep in mind that messing around in the registry can render your computer unbootable, possibly requiring a reinstall of Windows and all your software; possibly ending up losing all your data. Before doing anything in the registry, it's wise to learn how to back up the registry and how to restore that backup. It's also wise to back up all your data just in case things don't go well.
To delete a key in the registry, go to Start>Run, type in "regedit" (without the quotes), click OK. Find the registry key you want to delete, right click on it, left click on Delete. Good luck!
