Games on secondary monitor automatically

What I want to do is make games open on my secondary monitor only. My primary is an 18" LCD/TFT flat panel, which is great for everything but games, because it streaks and ghosts. My secondary is a 22" CRT, so it is the one I want to play games on. I found that if I move programs onto the secondary, close them, then reopen them they will open in the same spot on the secondary monitor. But most if not all of my games run full screen, and only a few can be changed to windowed mode. But even if I move them in windowed mode to the secondary they will open in the primary again. I realize that I can switch the two monitors from primary to secondary, but it is a pain to switch back and forth over and over. If I havn't been clear, please ask.
