As I have posted several times about this issue, I will say it again here: Javascript and Java are different! I am a web developer myself, and I have been frustrated with not being able to see script errors. What I've found is that if you refresh the page, the script error is less likely to show up. What I do is I make a script that makes an error, and I double-click the exclamation. Then, I check the box to alert each time an error is found. That always works for me.
