recover deleted files from CD-RW

I deleted archive files from using Microsoft Explorer "erase CD"

I have reviewed endless downloads all of which claim to recover lost files from CD's.

None recognise any files saying there are are no sessions on CD.

Can anyone help

Here's a couple of programs you could try but if you erased the cd and haven't got it stored on the hard disk it may not be possible.

Thanks for your help.

badcopy does not recognise my CD and snapfiles not recognise my CD Writer.

Any other ideas
