XP Display help

Hey everybody, i have windows xp but my computer had a little problem one day and now my display is like windows 98. I have a gray bar with all the square tabs, not the blue that is standard with xp. Anybody know how to help me? this has been irratating me to no end haha

Try this. Go to Start, Control Panel, double click Display, select Appearance tab. In the Windows and buttons, select Windows XP Style. Select Apply and OK.

You could try this;
start/control panel/display/themes tab/in the themes drop down menu box, choose xp,[or whatever] apply and ok.

Also make sure you have the Theme service enable:
Note: To open Services, click Start, click Control Panel, click Performance and Maintenance, click Administrative Tools, and then double-click Services... make sure that "Theme" service is runing
