rebooting and rebooting

this is a very strange problem i'm having
everytime i boot up i go through the diskcheck
and right when it starts too boot up it shows a blue screen says core dump
and reboots and starts the process all over again i have logged into dos and all my files and everything is all still there in my computer i'm wondering what i can do so i can get to were i can log in instead of it just constantly rebooting with a blue screen... please help

Have you booted up in safe mode successfully?
Have you restored to last known good configuration?

yeah i've done all that, too no avail i'm really stumped because it seems to be more of a hardware problem because i've switched hard drives but i still get the same blue screen problem except on the original hard drive i actually see the green bar moving then it goes to a blue screen and reboots
