How do you install a SATA RAID driver without a floppy drive

after pressing "F6" to install raid drivers it asked for a floppy disk
i don't have one.........

Not possible without a floppy drive I'm afraid. If you are determined to go with RAID, you will have to fit a floppy-drive to the system before running Windows setup.
