New problem - please help!

I have now managed to install xp professional and need to add the program 'internet information systems' found when i go into control panel/add or remove programs. It is partly shaded in grey which means it won't allow me to add the full program - why is this? Any ideas as I need this program this is why I upgraded to xp professional!!
