Windows reboots

Hi.

My computer restarts under loading windows xp.
It boots perfectly if I shutdown the power and take out the battery on mobo for 2 minutes and then put the battery back and power on.
But I will get the same problem if I restart windows now.
Any sollutions? Its very annoying to take out the battery for every reboot.

I would replace the battery and see if that helps

I dont have any new batterys here and its sunday...

But the weird thing is when i insert a normal IDE harddrive with windows on it works fine on every boots, but my s-ata won't start at all without taking the battery out and in.
