XP Pro Trail, why wont it install???

Im trying to install the trail of XP Pro this is what I have now and what im trying to install.
Windows XP Media centre Edition 2002
Service pack 2

XP Professional x64 Edition
But when I put the XP Pro to disc and try to install I get this message,
(This version of windows can not be installed on this machine)

Why is this happening??

Microsoft lists the supported processors for x64 Edition as: AMD Athlon 64, AMD Opteron, Intel Xeon with Intel EM64T support, Intel Pentium 4 with Intel EM64T support.

If you don't have one of those four processors, x64 won't install.
