how to turn of keyboardshortcuts for switching keyboard language ????? Help!!!!!

Hello,
I am using the German Keyboard Layout and my system is automatically configured to change the Keyboard Layout to English by the shortcut "CTRL/STRG"+"Shift"+"Alt". I am also using this shortcut a lot in Photoshop which results in changing the KeyboardLayot all the time. This gets really annoying after a while. Can anybody in here please tell me how to turn this Windows feature of?
I 'd really apreciate it!!!

Start > Control Panel > Regional and Language Options > Language Tab > Details > Key Settings > Change Key Sequence
