multimedia audio controller

Hi. I have searched the thread that has the similar title,
and even posted today on that one, but looked for an hour
and have not been able to find my post or an answer to it.
I have the yellow exclamation mark and need to find the
driver for my multimedia audio controller. I ran Belarc Advisor
and came up with theses specs:

OS: Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 3 (build 2600)

System Model: MICRO-STAR INTERNATIONAL CO., LTD KM266-8235
Enclosure Type: Desktop

Processor: 1.05 gigahertz AMD Athlon XP
128 kilobyte primary memory cache
256 kilobyte secondary memory cache

Main Circuit Board: Board: MICRO-STAR INTERNATIONAL CO., LTD MS-6738
Bus Clock: 100 megahertz
BIOS: Phoenix Technologies, LTD 6.00 PG 09/22/2003

I hope someone can help me with this dilemma. I appreciate
any help in advance. Thanks a lot.

Thanks. I clicked on the links you provided, but still not sure which one I
use. I don't see the MS-6738 info anywhere on the links on the page. Do I look for the system model instead? I see this: VIA® KM266 & P4M266A VGA Drivers.
Is this the one I am supposed to use because my model is KM266-8235? I do not quite understand these issues so it baffles me sometimes.

KM266-8235 is the chipset.

First link will give you the option to install an activeX control. The activeX will profile your hardware and present the downloads tailored to your board. It's the most reliable option. Click the black button.

Second link shows the resulting downloads available for the MS-6738. I know it says "KM2M Combo-L", but search the site and this is what you get.
You should see:
VIA 10/100 LAN Drivers
Realtek ALC Series AC97 Audio Driver
VIA Chipset 4in1 Drivers
VIA USB2.0 Drivers
VIA® KM266 & P4M266A VGA Drivers
VIA USB2.0 Patch (Under WinXP+SP1)
I would down them all, excepting the last one if you are at SP2 level.

Time is no problem
