I have no task bar

Hi everyone, i recenlty misplaced my XP taskbar and went to control panel, start menu and task bar, and i still can't fix it. any help would be much appreciated. thanks.

Could you tell us what happened exactly? What did you do and how did you "misplaced" your Taskbar?
Anyway first of all check up:
1) 'Auto-hide the taskbar' option in control pannel - taskbar and start menu - taskbar tab.
2) Check your computer on viruses and spyware.
