System Configuration Utility

Try this. On keyboard, click Start+R, run command appears, type 'msconfig' without qoutes. Hit Enter or click OK. System Configuration Utility appears, in the Startup tab, you can uncheck programs that run on startup, you know, careful not to uncheck somthing that you need.
