I have the same darn problem. I will explain............. I am just working on my computer do whatever, CPU is fine. Then I will look down at the Task Manager and it will be half way. I will open Task Manager and see what is using it. It will be a program using 40-50% of my CPU. Now this program can range from Explorer.exe to AVG to a number of other programs. I will then end process and it will go away. Then if I launch it right away again, then it will be back at the same half way CPU mark it was before. But if I leave it for a while, then launch it say in about 10 minutes after. Then the program will work fine at about 2% cpu. This doesnt happen all the time. but it does happen at least 3 times a day while I am on the computer all day (morning to night).
I have AV and spyware tested and AVG did not find anything but Malwarebytes found some things and cleaned it. Now there is nothing in my computer (spyware or virus) and it still does that same problem. Another thing that happens is a program I am using will all of a sudden will just have an hourglass on it and that will stay forever until I task manager end process it. But if I look on the list of Applications running before killing it, I will see there is the program has another name the same as it. So basically it doubled its name and has an hourglass. It will respond, in that if I click the task bar it will show up on my screen, but with an hourglass still. VERY STRANGE!!!

Hi
You can go to this site FREE (in french but easy to understand). The drivers are the same in any language.
http://www.touslesdrivers.com/
Click on "Mes Drivers". They will ask you to install a small program then you click on "Lancer la détection".
The drivers you have will be shown along with the newer drivers for the same peripherals.
Download and install the ones you want....
Hope this help....
Regards
