Cannot install Rational Web Developer 6.0 - InstallShield error

InstallShield Error:
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it
in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.

When the installation starts and just after the loading of IBM java vm.

System:
CPU:Pentium 4 3.00 MHz
Motherboard:MSI 848P NeoV
Memory:768MB
OS:WinXP+SP2
