Virus that needs to go!

Hello. I have a virus on my computer and I have used many programs to remove it like NAV, and Adaware SE and they can't get rid of it. It installs 3 files to my computer over and over. Here they are;
They do not do any damage to my PC that I have noticed. When I open Internet Explorer, this is my unchangable home page;
Is there any way to get rid of this? I can't understand what most of the virus says because it is in Italian or something. Thanks ahead of time

The page is just saying the usual "Page cannot be displayed."

Did you update Ad-Aware before running the scan? If not, update it and run it again.

If Ad-Aware can't remove it, try Windows AntiSpyware, Spybot and Ewido.

All are free, all work well and each may find something the others missed.

Thanks alot I used all 3 of them and I haven't seen it come back once.
